Is the packaging discreet? Yes. Your privacy is important to us. All Lorvianis orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of "underwear" on the outside of the box or mailer.
Sizing & Product Care
How do I find my perfect fit? Comfort starts with the right size. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
How should I care for my delicate items? To preserve the life of your Lorvianis pieces, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. If machine washing, please use a mesh laundry bag on a delicate cycle and always air dry. Avoid the dryer to maintain fabric elasticity.
Returns & Hygiene
What is your return policy? For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear once the packaging has been opened or the items have been worn. If you receive a defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
